Why Knot and Mindful Art will be at the Surrey Hills Spring Fair April 6th and 7th from 10am. Rural Life Centre Tilford, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 2DL.

Come along and spend a great day out exploring the artisan stalls and activities. Fair-goers of all ages can expect a wide range of activities, including traditional country crafts, live music, art demonstrations, local food vendors, and outdoor woodland activities

 We will be expanding our sustainability range of art products made from from recycled bottles, jars, cups etc.

Come and join us in the Makers Village at The Watercress Festival which will return to the streets of Alresford on Sunday 19 May 2024

From street markets, food & drink stalls, cookery demonstrations with renown world class chefs, the Hampshire Farmers Market, a  "Kids Zone" featuring Falcon Displays and Circus Skills, there really is something for everyone. For many the highlight of the day is Watercress Eating Championship which takes place at 15:00 on the main stage - a must see event hosted by our very own redoubtable Paul Rees keeping the participants in order and the crowd in stitches.

The festival opens at 10:00 and closes at 16:00, with the streets of New Alresford being returned to normal within a few hours

Mindful Art one day Workshop Saturday 20th April 2024 10am-4pm at Loen Cottage, GU16 7NJ.

hot drinks will be provided, please bring your own lunch. The day will be a taster session for our 4 day intense Mindful Art Workshop.

The day will start with a introduction and our stories, who we are and why we are running these workshops to help you lead a positive balanced life. you will do a simple exercise and mindful art, we will explain about the negative voice. Graffiti Experience 5th May 10am -12pm & 2pm - 4pm

Our two-hour graffiti experience is suitable for all abilities and ages,

Groups big and small welcome. We start from age 5 and above.

Just having some fun in a natural environment. You will learn new artistic skills and with guidance and create your own A4 unique artwork to take home.

The focus of the workshop is based around producing artworks using stencils. Depending on the size and age of the groups, we can teach you to produce your own stencils, or you can use a selection of pre-cut ones.

By Practicing spray painting on our outdoor brick wall, you’ll experience the true graffiti experience as you free hand your own style.

We provide you with everything you need to make this an enjoyable and memorable art experience. You’ll be given masks, gloves, and overalls.

We advise people not to wear their Sunday best just comfortable clothing.

We provide the paint, knowledge, and inspiration for you to spray paint an A4 unique art piece to take home. 

We run these experiences on Saturday and Sunday 1pm -3pm, check out the events page for the Dates.

Day 2 will continue with stories and mindful art

Day 3 will be finding your true identity and removing the outer mask you wear to the world revealing your innner self using mindful art

Day 4 round up of the workshop and mindful art session, showing you how to use the complete tool box to take home and start your new positive Journey in life.

Saturday 15th June 10am -12pm En Plein Air workshop is open to all adults over the age of sixteen, from beginners to improvers and for those interested in exploring a new, creative, fun and relaxing pastime.

Been out in the great outdoors, painting or sketching in response to the environment, is an excellent way to develop and express your creativity. We have 9 acres of woodland for you to enjoy.

We will supply materials but you are welcome to bring along your own materials you may wish to work with.

The cost is £40 per person (payable on the day)and your can book a slot via our shop page.
